The 75 Canal Street project in Manchester, NH called for the creation of thoughtfully designed amenity spaces to complement a 340,000-square-foot, 249-unit residential development. The goal was to provide residents with shared areas that feel sophisticated yet comfortable, blending modern finishes with inviting touches.

To achieve this, we curated furnishings from premium brands, resulting in a collection of vibrant community spaces including lounges, collaborative areas, and flexible gathering zones that elevate the resident experience and bring a hospitality-inspired feel to the property.
