The Ashlar Park development in Quincy, MA required the creation of 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces designed to reflect modern residential living with a premium aesthetic. The objective was to provide residents with spaces that combine elegance, durability, and comfort—offering both everyday functionality and moments of luxury.

To achieve this, we curated furnishings from brands such as allmodern, west elm, blu dot, and ethnicraft. The resulting spaces include vibrant lounges, collaborative work zones, and social hubs that elevate the resident experience and align with the property’s sophisticated design vision.
