For this project, we played a vital role in not only coordination, but also assisting the architects on various products at a wide range of price points. this helped to ensure the client was within their allotted furniture budget. We worked through a complete redesign of their existing amenity spaces to include new working pods, library area, concierge, tv room, private dining area, fireplace lounge, bar area, leasing offices, lounge areas, and outdoor green spaces. This was a multi phased project that encompassed over a year of construction and involved multiple phased deliveries and over 30 different vendors.
