Imunitas’ 20,000-square-foot headquarters in Waltham, MA was designed to reflect the company’s forward-thinking biotech mission while supporting a collaborative and wellness-oriented work culture. The layout strategically combines private focus rooms, team areas, and soft breakout lounges to foster both productivity and flexibility.

A curated selection of furnishings from AIS, Allermuir, Andreu World, Boss, BuzziSpace, Davis, Enwork, Global, Hightower, Humanscale, Martin Brattrud, Keilhauer, Kimball International, and Source were utilized to create an elevated yet approachable work environment. The design language emphasizes clean lines, natural textures, and acoustic balance—delivering a space that is both functional and inspiring for a fast-paced scientific team.
