The 200,000-square-foot renovation of snell library at northeastern university reimagines the academic library as a dynamic, multi-use hub for collaboration, learning, and innovation. The design delivers a variety of flexible zones. From quiet study and research spaces to open lounges and group project areas, tailored to the evolving needs of students and faculty.

A diverse mix of furnishings from kimball international, bernhardt, scandinavian spaces, and more, were selected to create inviting, functional, and durable spaces. Layered textures, soft acoustics, and ergonomic designs support long hours of use while enhancing the overall academic experience in a contemporary, student-centered environment.
